Shipping policy

Here at Moon Water Minerals we strive to provide you with quick shipping times, however sometimes snags happen. If you haven't received a tracking update after 5 business days from ordering, please contact us at moonwaterminerals@gmail.com .

We use USPS for shipping services unless otherwise selected. (Please keep in mind that other services may take longer to be processed).

We also care about the environment, and reuse packing materials whenever possible or needed. We ask that you try to do the same when receiving your items!

Moon Water Minerals is NOT responsible for items that have been lost or damaged during transit.  However, if your items arrive flawed due to an error on our part, don't hesitate to contact us.
